The Le Front de Neige residence is located in the upper part of the Carroz d'Arâches resort, at the foot of the slopes leading to the first cable car, 100m away. The Le Front de Neige residence, built on 3 or 4 levels (without elevator), is 800m from the village center. The apartments, from studios for 2-4 people to 2-room mezzanines for 7-8 people, are fully equipped. Most have balconies or terraces.

Residence The Farms of the Sunis located in the family resort of Carroz d'Arraches, 1140 m above sea level. Its five chalets with wooden facades house real cozy nests. Inside, a mountain and cocooning atmosphere.
You are located close to the centre of the resort, the tourist office is 500m away. The first cable car and the ESF are about 800m away. Free shuttle drop you there (shuttle stop about 100m from the residence).
Around the residence you have access to all amenities (bars, restaurants, shopping). One food store is less than 100m away. Nearby, the children's clubs offer a multitude of activities to your cabbage (from 3 to 12 years old).
To relax after a busy day of skiing, you have free access to the sauna and jacuzzi (from 15 years old) and the indoor heated pool.Opening hours : 9am-20h00 from Sunday to Friday and 11am-20h00 on Saturday.
The cocoon spirit of the residence continues into the cabins of the wellness area (Spa Deep Nature®), dedicated to relaxation and beauty (in addition - closed for the 2025/2026). Covered parking allows you to park your vehicle (surcharge).

The CGH Les Chalets de Jouvence residence in the authentic Les Carroz village resort is divided into 8 small mountain chalets at the foot of the slopes and ideally located at the foot of the Kedeuze gondola. The chalet spirit is combined both outside and inside with its warm and spacious universe. For the view, terraces or balconies put you in the front row. On the ski side, you'll be just a few minutes away from the ESF gatherings and Club Piou Piou de Flaine (near the Residence "Les Terrasses d'Hélios").
Depending on the snow, from the roundabout of the Hameau you can take the "Opal" track and access the Gérats chairlift (access via the runway behind skibus stop #2).
To reach the other tracks and return to the Refuge du Golf you take the free shuttles; they travel all day, every 15 minutes.
This residence is particularly suitable for travellers who wish to enjoy a high quality of services while enjoying a quiet environment.
