The Chalets du Hameau are in the Hameau de Flaine area of Flaine, 2 km from the resort centre and 1.5 km from the ski lifts. There is an beginners slope just 300 m from the residence that will allow you to ski down to the main ski area and lifts. There are also free shuttle buses throughout the day. The 70 wooden chalet are well equipped and comfortable.

In a quiet area, on the heights of the resort, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the natural circus of surrounding mountains.
On site, you will find a bread depot and a restaurant, where you can enjoy a tasty traditional cuisine from the region. A food store is located nearby, within the residence Pierre et Vacances les Terrasses d'Helios.
Note also that for chalets without a private garage, parking at the entrance to the Hameau allows you to park by week (free in summer).

The start of the slopes is approximately 400 meters away, you can also take the Skibus at the foot of the residence (free shuttle) which will take you directly to the snow front. Located in the heart of the pretty resort of Flaine, Résidence Castor is for you the perfect compromise between the calm of the mountains and the dynamism of a charming mountain resort.
For all your comfort, a shopping arcade with the first essential shops and some entertainment awaits you 140 meters from your residence.
Please note, however, that the heart of the resort, the Flaine Forum district with its numerous bars, restaurants and activities, is very easily accessible (by elevator).
To complete your stay in the mountains, you stay just 300 m from the start of the slopes and the ski school gatherings. You can also take the Skibus at the foot of the residence to get there (free shuttle) to discover the superb Grand Massif ski area!
