The residence in Thollon les Memises, Alps, France, comprises of 101 accommodations spread over either 19 chalets (3x3 rooms for 6 people per chalet: 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the floor above) or 44 apartments (2 rooms for 4/5 people) built in the regional and authentic style of the resort of Evian.
