Is it possible to hold a booking?

It is possible to hold a booking which is valid for 3 days. Just click on "Payment by cheque" or "Payment by direct debit" which is available at the end of the booking form. After 3 days if your payment is not received, your booking will be cancelled.

What is the administration charge?

The administration charge is 14 € per accommodation and 1 € per ski equipment.

Is the administration charge the same whether the booking is made by phone or via the website?

The charge is the same whichever way you book.

How do I indicate a preference?

To indicate a preference regarding your booking please mention it in the box "Precisions" on page 3 of your booking form which can be found after your personal details.

How do I know the preferences stipulated during my booking have been accepted (floor, view, exposure...)?

Not all requirements can be guaranteed. Ski Planet will make every effort by notifying the accommodation directly. The staff working at the accommodation reception desk will do utmost to meet your requirements.

When I book, do I need to include any infant or baby?

Yes, infants including babies must be included on the booking form.

How do I validate my booking?

Your booking can be validated directly on www.ski-planet.com via the only booking form or by contacting the booking team on 00334 79 22 15 68.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Once your booking is made you will receive a confirmation by email. In case of non receipt, please check your spam in case the email has been blocked.

How do I track my booking?

Bookings can be tracked 24/7 in your "My Account" accessible on the top right corner of our home page at www.skiplanet.com.
