In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Tennis 2 km, gondola lift 500 m, ice field 700 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont-Blanc. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The residence consists of two buildings: A and B. Access to the building B by lift possible from the building A and then steps or drop-off at the bottom of the building B then steps in.

The individual chalet le Bionnassay is located 5km from the center of Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains, and 4.5km from Bettex (departure from the ski area, grocery store, ESF and sports shops). It offers a South-East exposure and a breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc range. You will enjoy the ice rink, the casino, as well as the thermal baths of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. Come and discover the various activities for all ages offered by the resort, and enjoy the sumptuous landscapes. A shuttle stop is available 300m from the chalet. For easy access to the chalet snow tires are highly recommended.

You'll be away from the slopes and the noise, in the hamlet of Les Granges, located 5km from the center of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains (10 minutes by car). The Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area is accessible via the Bettex lifts, 3km away. A car is necessary to reach the slopes and shops.
