Nestled at an altitude of 1,600 m in the heart of Val d'Anniviers, it offers direct access to the Grimentz/Zinal ski area (115 km of slopes for all levels).
Built in 2018, the residence consists of 6 buildings of 4 floors (with elevator) and offers 93 modern and comfortable apartments, from 2-person studios to 8-person apartments.
On-site facilities include a restaurant, a wine bar, a relaxation area, a gaming room, a kids' room, as well as ski lockers and free Wi-Fi. A public swimming pool with a wellness area is just 300 meters away.
