It is located in Prey d'Aval, at the end of Puy-Saint-Vincent, in a green setting on the edge of the forest, with stunning views of the Vallouise valley. The large living room, convivial and bright, combines a large living room with a hanging stove, a dining area and a very well equipped open kitchen. This room directly overlooks a large balcony facing the valley, furnished with a table, chairs and pizza oven, ideal for sharing meals outdoors. On the entrance side, another terrace with furniture completes the relaxation spaces. On the lower floor, accessible from the entrance, there is a double bedroom with 140x200 bed, a shower room with washing machine, a separate toilet and a large dorm room with 4 single beds (90x190). For safety reasons, only the bottom beds are used. Both rooms have glass doors giving access to a small private terrace facing the valley. On the upper floor, an office space leads to two double bedrooms, one with a bed of 120 and the other with a bed of 140. The suspended corridor overlooking the dining room then leads to a reading area, a third double bedroom (bed 140) and a bathroom equipped with a bath and toilet. The chalet is equipped with wifi and enjoys an ideal location, just five minutes drive from Puy-Saint-Vincent 1400 and all amenities: shops, restaurants and ski schools. The cross-country ski slopes pass in close proximity. In winter, you enjoy easy access to snow sports, while in summer you will find a vast playground for hiking, mountain biking, downhill cycling, climbing, horseback riding or paragliding. The Col de Pousterle and the Tête d'Oréac, perched at 2100m, offer exceptional 360° panoramas.
