The residences (with lift - except for 2 small buildings) are situated on the side of Prapoutel, opposite La Chartreuse which offer a view of the night lights over the valley of Gresivaudan and Grenoble. The residences are located at the foot of the pistes, are welcoming and offer your dream holidays, with complete freedom in your apartment for a relaxing break. Some of the apartments in Les 7 Laux, Alps, France were completely renovated and offer a warm mountain atmosphere, with all the comfort and luxury equipment. The centre of the resort and the shops are 400m away.

The "Le Pleynet Les 7 Laux" residences are located on the Pleynet side, in the heart of the Belledonne massif and at the foot of the Pic de Belle Etoile, guardian of the 7 Laux (Lakes in old Dauphiné) to which the resort owes its name. Each of these residences: Gentianes, Glaciers, Névés and Séracs are located at the foot of the slopes and go up to 500m from the slopes. Each offers a simple and warm welcome, reserving you a vacation adapted to your desires, with complete freedom in your apartment for a truly relaxing stay. The apartments, some of which have been completely renovated, will offer you a warm mountain atmosphere, with all the comforts and quality equipment. The resort center and shops are located approximately 200 meters away.

The VVF Les 7 Laux Massif de Belledonne, ideally located in the heart of the resort, offers 48 apartments for 5 to 10 people with balconies or terraces. Spread across three three-story buildings (without elevators) and a fourth with an elevator, they offer direct access to the ESF meeting point, just across from the VVF. The communal areas have been completely renovated, and a restaurant at the foot of the slopes ensures optimal comfort.
