Advantages
Prime position for the lift. Warm and comfortable. Ground floor was excellent as we had children. Short walk in to town.
Inconveniences
Stated it sleeps 6 but in reality should only be for 4. The sofa bed in the lounge is inconvenient. The oven is a microwave oven and not the conventional kitchen oven.
