Advantages
Central, convenient for parking and shops, layout allows some privacy between those downstairs and those upstairs. Very well equipped with every kitchen appliance and tool you could wish for.
Inconveniences
Upstairs bathroom is ensuite to one of the double bedrooms. All others have to use the other bathroom / toilet. No lift is tiring on legs at end of day !!
