Too small if more than 2 people staying in the apartment. Also not good having to collect and return the linen.

Advantages
Apartment on 4th floor but perfectly positioned for lifts of which there are 4 giving short wait time. Good Rubbish/recycling centre nearby on 4th floor. Adequate wardrobe and hanging space in apartment for four persons. Cooking facilities of full hob and oven plus a microwave excellent to increase eating options. Ski lockers near to Ground Floor entrance and convenient for getting on /off boots and storing equipment.
Inconveniences
Apartment at lift end of corridor as mentioned above overall a plus but foot traffic can be noisy in corridor as a result. Ski locker on ground floor convenient but compact for four sets of equipment - needs careful packing. Ski locker room unheated so boots will be hold and damp next morning best overall solution is take them up to apartment and stow in bathroom to dry out. Apartment fixtures and fittings refelcting age so acquired a patina difficult to cleaneffectively.
