Advantages
The chalet was beautiful and well equipped. It is well situated by the gondola for easy access to the slopes. The communal areas are big and easily accommodate a big number of people. We loved staying there, thank you.
Inconveniences
The staff that manage the property seemed upset with us when we arrived and were almost quite hostile. They said that they had been trying to call us a number of times, I'm not sure why. If it was important that we were contactable by telephone on the day of arrival then please let your clients know that? We arrived on time and so I'm not sure what the urgency was. Also, if you needed a mobile number then you should have said that before we arrived. I had provided my home number in the UK and had 7 missed calls on that number on my return to England - again I'm not sure why your staff needed to contact me or why they would keep on dialling a number in England. If it was urgent then they should have tried to email me? The directions to the chalet were not very clear. The WiFi didn't work for the duration of our stay. It is totally ridiculous to have to pick the linen and towels up from your office and deliver them back there at the end of the stay? If you are going to require clients to do this then you should state it pre-booking or arrival as it is impossible to carry that volume of bedding without needing a vehicle. I have never had to do this at any of the properties that I have stayed at before - surely you can organise for laundry to be collected and dropped back to the property rather than your office? In summary the property was amazing but the organisation around accessing it was terrible and your staff were verging on unfriendly. When we returned the key to them they didn't even ask us if we'd enjoyed our week or how it had been. Surely that is basic customer service? Thank you.
