Chalet Marmotte is one of five chalets located at the top of Alpe d’Huez, situated in an enviable position right next to the pistes and the main lifts of the resort. In fact you can ski right back to your door at Marmotte, as the piste runs directly in front of the chalet from the Rond Points des pistes, whilst behind the chalet is a welcoming and attractive cobbled courtyard between the five chalets. The town centre is a pleasant 10 minutes’ walk away, where you’ll find a vibrant resort, with plenty of great bars, restaurants and shopping, plus an outdoor ice rink and swimming pool. If you don’t fancy the walk into town, then take the aerial route as the nearby caged gondola lift can transport you to different parts of the resort. There are spa facilities on the ground floor with a sauna and hot tub. From the hot tub you can open up the doors for stunning views of the piste in front of the chalet. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a tiring day of skiing and sure to ease any aches and pains away.

This well equipped and authentic stone chalet is in the fantastic ski area Les Arcs which is connected to La Plagne via the Paradiski link, providing endless possibilities for skiers of all levels. The chalet is in the traditional Alpine village of Villaroger. There is a ski slope near the chalet meaning you can ski back to your accommodation and the nearest chair lift is 100 m away and leads up to the Arcs 2000/Villaroger slopes. nnThe chalet has a fire place, private outdoor sauna and free Internet access. The 1st floor has one double bedroom and one bedroom which sleeps four people, both have en suite bathrooms. The 2nd floor has 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large living and dining area on the 3rd floor with direct access to a terrace equipped with a barbecue. The separate kitchen has all the mod cons. The top floor has a triple room with its own bathroom. nnThe little village of Villager has a lovely atmosphere. There are 2 restaurants just 200 m from the chalet. You will find a wider choice of restaurants and shops in Ste Foy Tarentaise, 3 km away on the road towards Tignes and Val d'Isère. Bourg St Maurice with its shops, restaurants and train station is 13 km away.
