High-end chalet located at an altitude of 2100m in the “Les Chalets du Mercantour” subdivision, an essentially pedestrian subdivision with access via the residence and stairs. It is located just 15 minutes walk from the resort center, 5 minutes walk from the Funicular open in season and close to a shuttle stop during the winter season. Close to a restaurant and direct access to a ski slope. 150 m from a “medium skiers” slope joining the first ski lifts in the ski area.
