Advantages
Very close to the slopes (ski in/out). Modern basic appartements.
Inconveniences
No wifi in the apartment is not acceptable nowadays. The path from appartments to the slopes is unpaved, as result very muddy. Make it a paved path (brikes or asphalt) makes it less muddy/dirty
