It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and enjoys a south-east facing balcony with a beautiful view. The first shops (boulangerie, restaurants) are located a few minutes walk away and the centre of Val Claret is also very easily accessible on foot. KITCHEN: The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, SALON : TV, wifi connection, the balcony offers an unobstructed view of the slopes. Provision of 2 sofas, one of which offers the possibility of a single bed (size 2 x 80 cm) DOUBLE ROOM WITH BALCONY: It has a double bed (size 140 cm) and enjoys a beautiful mooniness thanks to the presence of a window door opening onto a balcony. The Tignes resort also offers a wide range of winter sports to consume without moderation: walking or snowshoeing, dog sledding, ice skating (exterior skating area open according to climatic conditions), scuba diving. In summer, Lake Tignes, its nautical base and the sports beach offer a multitude of activities for both young and old, regardless of their level. It is also the starting point for beautiful hiking and the descent trails reserved for them will delight mountain bike enthusiasts. As for golf enthusiasts, they will be able to go to the Golf 18 holes in Tignes located at the top of Val Claret.
