   The residence L'Oree des Pistes**** is situated at 600 m of shops where there are Commercial gallery, cinema, restaurants, discotheque, gaming room... The residence, built wooden, consists of individual chalets and apartments distributed in hamlet. All in all 94 housing is in the residence. You will find a bar, a lounge with chimney, a big warmed swimming pool and a sauna.

   This brand new residence "Les Balcons de Val Cenis Village" has been designed and built in a traditional Savoyard Style. The accommodation is situated right in the village centre of Lanslevillard. The residence is of a high standard providing all the comforts of home. This fantastic development is offering the perfect location for families and groups of friends.

   This 4**** classified residence has a magnificent view over the mountains. Les Balcons de Sirius has an equipment of quality : heated indoor swimming pool, 1 sauna, 1 jacuzzi, 1 fitness room, bar with chimney, 1 operational restaurant (only in winter). All the apartments of the Sirius Residence are equipped with a dishwasher, an electric furnace compound microwaves and a TV with 12 chains (TV included in the hiring price).

   Les Balcons de Belle Plagne is a high standing residence built in a traditional rustic style and located in the heart of the resort. The accommodation benefits from an incredible view on the tops. "Les Balcons" provide a wide range of facilities to its guests including restaurant, bar, indoor swimming pool, fitness room and sauna (with additional charges). The apartments themselves are very well equipped and styled with wooden furnishings.

   Located next to the shops, to avoid major roads, "Les Balcons de Val Cenis le Haut" are built respecting the traditional way of life. This chalet benefits calm, exceptional sun and a beautiful view on the mountains. Indoor, you can discover a lot of services and a mountain style.

   The residences are brand new. Residences are few hundred metres from the heart of the village and the shops. They offer a wide range of apartments adapted to the needs of each person and surrounded by the space and quiet of nature.

   Adrets is a deprived domain consisted of 4 chalets of traditional and well-kept construction, warm decoration offering the relaxed rhythm of life, in an exceptional frame, to the peace with sight on the lake. Recently built chalets, maintained well with very comfortable Savoyard furniture. Very beautiful situation on the hillside dominating Gérardmer, in 500 metres of the center resort and businesses. All the apartments have balcony or terrace deprived with sight on the lake.

   The residence of Haut de Couserans*** is built with the pyreneen style with sauna and fitness room. It is equiped a laundery (washing machine, tumble dryer), a garage to leave your bikes and severals shops at the ground floor of the residence.
