At the heart of the Grand Massif, the town of Samoëns developed itself along the Giffre, a torrent with several waterfalls. Samoëns preserved a traditional architecture: sculpted balconies, fountains and sundials. The ski resort offers an exceptional ski area with 270 km of slopes facing the Mont Blanc.
